I got fries and onion rings with my wings, and both were hot and better than I expected. The fries were solid, the onion rings were crispy, so yeah, good.

I’ve ordered from WingsUp a few times now, and the flavour options are what keep me coming back. It’s not just the usual hot or BBQ stuff, they’ve got sweet ones, spicy ones, smoky ones… all that kind of thing. Makes ordering with friends easy because somehow everyone finds something they’re into. That one was really good too. 5 stars from me

My food order had an issue, so I reached out for a refund, thinking it would be simple. Maybe I was already a little annoyed because I was busy and didn’t really have time to keep following up, but it dragged on longer than it should have. I had to message more than once, and the replies felt kind of vague. They did help me in the end, to be fair, but the whole refund process was frustrating and slower than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, but they really need to make refunds easier to deal with.

The sauces are what keep me coming back. They weren’t watery or fake tasting at all, and the garlic parm and hot honey were definitely my favorites. The wings were coated really well too, so there weren’t any dry bites. I did feel a little dismissed when I asked about the sauce options, like they were kind of rushing me, but the food itself was really good.

The wings were still properly hot when I opened the box, not that lukewarm delivery kind of hot. Even the fries were still warm, which doesn’t happen that often with takeout.

I also felt like I was just stuck waiting in some endless queue with no real update, which made it even more annoying. By the time the wings got here, they were only kind of warm and didn’t taste very fresh anymore. The flavor was okay, but the long wait really took away from it. I’m not sure I’d order again if I was actually hungry...

The prices are fair for wing nights. I’d say they could be around a little cheaper, but overall it’s still worth it.
